Please include the following info at minimum. (Though you can add as many tips on how you printed the model as you like!)
Filament or Resin Brand
There is a LOT more settings for FDM than resin printing. So for slicer settings you can just include as much or as little info as you like. Popular ones are infill, support type, and print speed.
Who runs M3DM?
That is me, Mia Kay, on the left. I just graduated this May with a B.S. in mechanical engineering. That’s a picture from my graduation actually. The handsome gentleman next to me is Ricky. We’ve been together for almost 5 years, and he’s a huge part of M3DM. He built this website, does all of my videos, product photography, graphic design, post processes 3D prints… yeah. He’s great!
I started modeling in May 2018. Very light messing around in Sculptris. By June I had completely forgotten about it. Then for no real reason I went to a D&D Beyond forum in August and asked if anyone wanted some models. It got a lot of positive attention and I loved it! Soon I went to Reddit and started taking $20 commissions. Since then it just grew more and more to this incredible community and a career as a full time artist.
Grateful and appreciative doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel about being able to work as a full time artist with such an amazing community around me. It helps drive me to be a better artist every single day!
I’m so excited for what is to come :)
